Defect Detection of Empty Bottle Surface Based on Machine-Vision

摘要: 介绍了机器视觉应用到玻璃瓶在线检测生产流水线的一个具体案例和整个系统的构成框架.用图像预处理和分割算法对被测物进行识别以达到检测目的.

Abstract: A specific example was introduced for the application of machine vision to the beer bottle production on-line detection and the structure of machine-vision inspection system. Through image pre-processing and segmentation algorithm, the defects were identified on the measured object and the aim of inspection was achieved.
