Temperature Range of Warm Plastic Deformation of Q235 Steel

摘要: 碳素结构钢Q235是工程及普通机器零件使用较广的一种结构钢.研究在不同塑性成形温度下材料的组织、成形性能等,对于扩大Q235钢的精密成形的尺寸范围,实现零件的少无切削成形具有重要作用.通过对Q235钢温塑性成形温度范围内力学性能、氧化程度和组织状态等分析,得到合适的始锻温度和终锻温度.Abstract: Carbon structural steel Q235 is being widely used in engineering and general machine parts. The study of the structure and forming properties at different plastic molding temperatures plays an important role in the expansion of the size range of Q235 precision forming and realizing the aim of less/non-cutting forming of parts. Through the analysis of the mechanical properties, the degree of oxidation and the structure of Q235 in the plastic forming temperature range, the temperatures of the beginning and final forging were determined.
